Marine Conservationist & Ocean Advocate
Hi, I’m Hannah, and I love fish, I love fishing and I love eating fish too. I’m here to inspire you to make a difference for our oceans—one choice at a time. My goal is simple: to show you how small, everyday decisions can have a huge impact on the health of our seas and the wildlife that calls them home. We can all be everyday marine conservationists.
As a marine scientist specialising in fisheries and sharks, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding the delicate balance between human impact and ocean health. I believe that everyone has the power to be a marine conservationist—whether you’re choosing sustainable seafood for dinner or supporting ocean-friendly practices in your community. We all have a role to play in protecting the waters that sustain life on Earth.
Here, you'll find tips, stories, and expert advice to help you make informed, sustainable choices. From the food we eat to the products we buy, everything connects back to the health of our oceans. And the good news? It doesn’t have to be hard or complicated. Small shifts in our daily habits can help conserve marine ecosystems and ensure that our oceans thrive for generations to come.
Let’s embrace the power we have to change things for the better. It’s time to take action and become everyday marine conservationists.
Much love,
Hannah
